ADMIN ASSISTANT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER

An Administrative Assistant to the General Manager (GM) Must be an Arabic national with minimum of 5 years experienced in the UAE. Provides high-level administrative support, manages executive calendars, coordinates meetings, and handles confidential correspondence. They enhance efficiency by preparing reports, acting as a liaison with stakeholders, and handling daily office operations, ensuring the GM can focus on strategic, high-level duties.

Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule appointments, manage the GM’s calendar, and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

Correspondence & Communication: Handle incoming emails/calls, draft correspondence, memos, and reports on behalf of the GM.

Office Administration: Organize filing systems, maintain office supplies inventory, and manage travel arrangements.

Project Coordination: Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as assigned.

Liaison Duties: Act as a key point of contact between the GM, internal staff, and external partners.

Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for leadership or board meetings.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, often requiring 5+ years in a senior or executive support role.

Technology Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
