Job Title: Admin / Receptionist

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin / Receptionist Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring proper track of check in & check out data & maintaining a high level of organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage check in & out records in the Camp

- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls

- Maintain accurate records and databases

- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents

- Coordinate joining arrangements and schedules

- Provide support for events and meetings

- Maintain office supplies and inventory

- Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

- 1-2 years of administrative experience

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills:

- Time management and prioritization

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality

- Proficient in office software and technology

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
