Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including supplies, vendor relations, and front desk duties.
  • Provide administrative support: schedule meetings, prepare documents, and maintain files.
  • Serve as a communication hub for internal and external contacts.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense reports, and event planning.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • An excellent communicator with strong organizational skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver who pays close attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
