The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating administrative processes, and supporting management in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE office operations and government-related procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:-

  • Oversee general office administration, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Manage front desk duties, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls and emails professionally.
  • Maintain and update company records, employee files, and office inventories.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
  • Support HR and finance departments in documentation, attendance tracking, and expense reporting.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and visa renewals for employees as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
  • Monitor office supplies and manage purchase requests in coordination with management.
  • Experienced in managing visa applications, renewals, and related documentation through official UAE portals such as MOHRE, ICP, and GDRFA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
