- An Admin Executive manages daily office operations, supports executives, and ensures smooth workflow by handling scheduling, correspondence, records, and office supplies, requiring strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to keep the workplace efficient. They act as a central point for logistics, coordinating meetings, managing documents, and liaising with staff, vendors, and clients, often supporting senior management directly.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain a tidy environment, and manage maintenance requests.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage executive calendars, book appointments, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel.
- Communication: Handle calls, emails, mail, and serve as a liaison between staff, executives, and external parties.
- Documentation & Records: Prepare reports, presentations, take minutes, and maintain organized filing systems (physical & digital).
- Supply & Budget: Monitor and order office supplies, manage inventory, and assist with expense tracking.
- Support: Assist with HR functions (onboarding, leave records) and support other teams with administrative tasks. Essential Skills:
