To strengthen our corporate team in Muscat, we are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Finance Officer to support both administrative and financial operations.

Role Overview

The Admin Finance Officer will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and financial processes, ensuring compliance and supporting strategic decision-making. This role requires strong organizational skills, financial knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative and finance operations.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Support audits and provide necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with HR, procurement, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in finance and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and office management practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/ERP software.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to RO900.000 per month
