Admin/HR Executive: (Experience: 3-5 Years)

Qualifications: Any Graduation (B. Com Preferred)

  • Overall Administration and operations of the organization
  • Company policies and their maintenance and documentation
  • Official documents and its maintenance
  • SOP For All departments
  • Vendor Registration, verification and data maintenance
  • General correspondence pertains to Admin department between vendors and customers
  • Company license renewals and its data maintenance
  • Laison with Government organization to meet the company policies updates
  • Employee training and updates
  • Office and employee administration
  • House Keeping
  • Daily Attendance
  • Attendance maintenance as per site conditions
  • OT Calculation
  • Employee Master Data maintenance
  • Employee documentation
  • HVAC Operations and order follow ups and execution
  • Invoice follow ups
  • General administration and operation between departments
  • Company Software administration and its maintenance
  • Office assets and its maintenance
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Computer literacy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
