Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for creating a seamless workplace? Organic Lab is looking for a dedicated Admin Officer to become the backbone of our daily operations and contribute to our vibrant company culture.

In this role, you will be the central point for all administrative, clerical, and logistical functions, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. You will have the opportunity to support every team, from coordinating photoshoot materials to managing employee travel, making you an essential part of our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Maintain a professional and organized office environment. Manage inventory and orders for office supplies, groceries, and stationery. Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
  • Clerical & Communication Support: Prepare correspondence, manage emails, and handle official documents. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming queries. Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Purchase Coordination: Oversee the purchase of office supplies and creative materials for marketing campaigns and photoshoots. Liaise with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
  • Travel & Logistics: Book employee business travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation. Coordinate deliveries and maintain shipment records.
  • Employee Support: Assist with onboarding new hires and addressing daily administrative needs. Help plan and organize company events and meetings.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems. Update records for employees, vendors, and clients. Compile administrative reports and track expenses.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • A positive, helpful, and professional demeanor.
