Admin Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a proactive Admin Officer to join our Retail team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting management, and maintaining administrative efficiency across our retail outlets.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations for retail outlets.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support HR and Finance teams in routine tasks (attendance, petty cash, payroll inputs, etc.).
  • Monitor office/retail supplies and ensure timely procurement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in administration (Retail sector experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Location: Tipu Sultan, Karachi

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
