Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Officer to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Handle office maintenance, utilities, and vendor coordination
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and support staff
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
  • Manage company assets, vehicles, and fuel records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and record keeping
  • Assist HR in employee attendance, leave records, and office discipline
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Monitor facility safety and ensure a secure working environment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 2–4 years of experience in administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle vendors and negotiate contracts

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of procurement procedures
  • Experience in fleet management
