Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate will handle office maintenance, procurement, inventory, utilities, and staff management while maintaining close coordination with the Head Office Admin Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage gate pass records and visitor entries.
  • Oversee office administration, including maintenance, housekeeping, and utilities.
  • Monitor CCTV and camera coverage, including parking area surveillance, to ensure security compliance.
  • Manage office inventory and ensure timely issuance and replenishment of supplies.
  • Handle procurement of office materials, utilities, and services.
  • Maintain close coordination with the Head Office Admin Manager for reporting and approvals.
  • Act as a security advisor, ensuring all safety and security protocols are properly followed.
  • Supervise office boys, assign daily tasks, and ensure smooth execution of duties.
  • Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and service providers for office upkeep.
  • Manage day-to-day office supplies and ensure availability of essential items.
  • Maintain proper administrative documentation, reports, and records.
