Admin Officer (Male)

Job Summary:
The Admin Officer is responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions and housekeeping operations to ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment. The role supports management and coordinates with internal departments and service staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness of offices, factory, and common areas
  • Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and waste management standards
  • Maintain administrative records, files, and documentation
  • Handle official correspondence, emails, and telephone calls
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, HR, and security departments
  • Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and staff files
  • Arrange office supplies, cleaning materials, and vendor services
  • Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and internal documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and housekeeping standards
  • Support audits, inspections, and management meetings

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2–4 years of administrative experience (manufacturing/packaging preferred)
  • Experience in supervising housekeeping or facility staff
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
