Admin / Secretary (Construction )

We are seeking an experienced Admin cum Secretary to support our daily operations. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative and secretarial tasks
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and suppliers
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Assist with office operations and project support
  • Prepare reports, letters, and project-related documents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and real estate
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
