What You ll Do
 
* Process project and departmental documents following established procedures and guidelines.
* Track, monitor, and register documents using document management software, producing logs, transmittals, and reports as needed.
* Scan, store, and manage project documents for electronic archiving.
* Maintain document distribution systems and schedules to ensure timely circulation among clients, project teams, and suppliers.
* Expedite approvals, signatures, and release of both internal and supplier-produced documents.
* Assist junior document control staff with adherence to project-specific procedures.
* Perform general clerical tasks such as typing, filing, answering phones, and messenger services.
* Provide data entry and reporting support using MS Office and other office automation tools.
* Support project teams with administrative duties to ensure deadlines are met.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall project and departmental needs.
 
Ideal Profile
 
* Diploma, bachelor s degree, or high school diploma.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
* Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
* Must be a UAE National (this role is open exclusively to Emirati candidates).
