ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Word processing, filing and scheduling
  • Prepares reports and provides record-keeping, using specialized software when necessary
  • Responds to general inquiries from management, employees and clients inside and outside of the company
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings and conferences
  • Creates, assists with and updates presentations
  • Prepares internal and external correspondence
  • Assists with special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Skill in use of MS Office
  • Dependability and ability to follow instructions
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, planning and organizational skills
  • Extensive knowledge of standard administrative practices, software applications and satisfaction survey software.
  • Ability to project, manage and produce executive quality reports.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0-2 years previous experience providing administrative support.
