Administrative Assistant

Summary:

Our client is seeking a proactive and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support management and sales operations.

The role includes handling administrative tasks, coordinating logistics and deliveries, liaising with suppliers, shipment agents, and customers, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely order fulfillment.


Key Requirements:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in administration or logistics coordination
  • Tagalog language proficiency is a MUST.
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask independently
  • Experience in trading or supply-chain companies is an advantage
