Administrative Assistant

Description:

Summary:

Provide administrative support to the Director of Children Services

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Print, log and total timesheets and invoices
  • Create spreadsheet of monthly reports
  • Assist with United Way reports
  • Monitor Jot forms from providers
  • Payroll review and reporting
Requirements:
  • Detail oriented
  • Organized
  • Working knowledge of Office 365 products, strong emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to work independently as well as team player

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • At least 1 year of office experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must have ability to lift/move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. periodically
