Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Administration Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant UAE experience in administrative operations and office coordination.

Preferred OWN VISA/SPOUSE VISA female candidates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and office operations
  • Maintain employee records and attendance
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
  • Coordinate with clients, staff, and management
  • Manage filing systems and documentation
  • Assist in HR and payroll-related tasks
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus )
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • immediate joiners preferred
