Administrative Assistant

Our client is a hospitality management platform focused on operating and supporting a portfolio of hotel properties. The team partners closely with ownership groups to drive strong performance across operations, revenue, people, and guest experience.


Role Details:

This role will support two c-suite executives.


Role Overview:

You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support, help manage calendars and travel, process expenses, and assist with general office tasks — all while staffing the front desk. This role requires someone who’s comfortable being onsite most or all of the week, is client-service oriented, and can work independently with minimal supervision.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk
  • Manage calendar scheduling and meeting coordination for two executives
  • Assist with travel planning and booking
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Provide general administrative support and office assistance as needed
  • Handle email correspondence and support workflow in Outlook
