Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, assisting with customer service, and helping with various office tasks. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Support the office in maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations

Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to provide friendly and professional assistance to clients
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks performed
- Knowledge of event planning principles is a plus
- Previous experience in a medical office or related field is an advantage
- Good computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software systems

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- College preferred

- Within 3 months of employment, Office Administrator will be required to obtain a CA Department of Insurance License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
