Admin Assistant

2-3 month contract with the possibility to extend

$20-22hr

Onsite - Hempstead, NY


Must Haves :

  • 1-2+ years of administrative or office experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel primarily)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with scheduling


Preferred :

  • Higher Ed
  • Degree
  • Experience working with a finance department


Admin Assistant

We are seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant to support one of our departments for an initial 2–3 month assignment, with the potential for extension.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the department.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry.
  • Manage incoming emails, schedule meetings, and organize materials.
  • Support day to day office operations as needed.
