Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

We have a current opportunity for a part-time Office Administrator assistant.

Candidates must have experience working in a construction environment.

Monday-Friday 18-25 hours a week to join our Albuquerque, NM team. Possibly more hours in the future. The administrator assistant will provide administrative support to the team.

MUST be proficient in Microsoft , Excel and word.

Responsibilities:

 Answer Phones

 Work closely and provide administrative support to Managers and Supervisors

 Monitor and schedule physicals and training

 Keep track of employee badging

 Help out with new hires get required paperwork and ID information

 Refill supervisor forms on a weekly basis in the warehouse

 Provide and request certificates of insurance for clients

 Closeout Packages scanned and/or mailed to client with the invoice

 Waste Manifest preparation and organization

 Print and Scan invoices to clients when required

 Filing as needed

 Word processing and create spreadsheets when required

 Help completing various forms

 Misc administrative support and tasks as needed.

 Lunch orders

 Office supply orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
