Administrative Manager Vacancy in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is suitable for candidates with no prior experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing the administrative duties of the organization.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing an efficient administrative system
  2. Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  3. Managing office supplies and stock levels
  4. Handling customer queries and complaints
  5. Coordinating the activities of various departments
  6. Preparing reports and presentations as required
  7. Ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies
  8. Supporting the management team in day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred (but not required)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English preferred (but not required)
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • Must be a Pakistani national or have authorization to work in UAE
