Job Overview
We are looking for a
responsible and detail‑oriented Female Administrator & Accountant
to manage
daily office operations and financial records
. The ideal candidate will handle
administrative coordination, bookkeeping, payroll preparation, and financial documentation
while ensuring smooth office operations.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in
office administration, bookkeeping, accounts management, and financial record keeping
.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

Maintain office records, ledgers, and organized filing systems

Record and maintain construction site payment records
-
Coordinate with staff and support internal office operations

Maintain employee attendance records and calculate salaries

Process staff payments and payroll preparation

Maintain daily accounts and financial records
-
Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment receipts
-
Record expenses and maintain expense reports
-
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking
