Amazon FBA Expert (Sourcing to Selling – Complete Store Management)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Amazon FBA Expert who can manage our Amazon business from A to Z, including product sourcing, listing, launching, and selling. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of proven experience in complete Amazon FBA operations and store growth.
Key Responsibilities (Complete A to Z Work)1) Product Research & Selection
- Research profitable products using tools like Helium10 / Jungle Scout
- Analyze market demand, competition, and profitability
- Identify winning products with high potential
2) Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation
- Source suppliers from Alibaba / China / local markets
- Communicate with suppliers and negotiate pricing, MOQ, and lead times
- Evaluate supplier reliability and product quality
3) Product Development & Branding
- Handle product improvements, packaging, and branding
- Coordinate with designers for labels, packaging, and product images
- Ensure product meets Amazon standards and customer expectations
4) Shipping & Logistics
- Manage shipping plans (Air/Sea/DDP)
- Coordinate with freight forwarders
- Create FBA shipments and ensure smooth inventory delivery to Amazon
5) Listing Creation & Optimization
- Create and optimize listings with strong SEO
- Keyword research, title, bullet points, description, backend keywords
- Upload product images and optimize for conversions
6) Launching & Selling
- Plan and execute product launches
- Setup promotions, deals, and launch strategy
- Monitor ranking and sales performance
7) PPC & Advertising
- Setup and manage Amazon PPC campaigns
- Optimize ads to improve ROAS and reduce ACOS
- Run Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (if applicable)
8) Store Management & Growth
- Manage inventory levels and restocking planning
- Monitor account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics
- Handle listing issues, suppressed listings, and customer feedback
- Improve sales, conversion rate, and profitability
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in complete Amazon FBA business management
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Hands-on experience in sourcing + listing + launching + PPC
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver results
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Private Label
- Knowledge of A+ Content and Brand Registry
- Experience scaling Amazon accounts
