The Role
Position Title: Amenities Supervisor Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: An ultra-luxury beachfront landmark in Dubai offering an elite lifestyle ecosystem of bespoke residences and world-class wellness amenities. Job Description: • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all amenities (gym, pool, spa, lounge, cinema, etc.) • Lead, schedule, and coach the amenities team, ensuring clear communication and delivery of service standards • Conduct quality control checks, manage inventory, and implement standard operating procedures • Act as a resident liaison for amenities feedback, bookings, and experience enhancement

Requirements

• Male 35 years old and below • 3–5 years’ experience in luxury hotels or high-end residential guest services, with proven team supervision and premium amenities management. • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills; well-groomed and professional. • Resident-centric, familiar with wellness, fitness, and lifestyle facilities (pool, gym, spa); safety certifications advantageous.
