About the Role:
Nauru Medical Centre is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will provide safe and effective anesthesia care across a range of surgical procedures, working collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients before, during, and after surgery
• Evaluate patients’ medical histories and assess anesthesia risks
• Manage pain relief and patient care during perioperative procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as an Anesthesiologist
• Minimum 5 years of experience in anesthesia practice
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to relocate to Nauru for the contract duration
