 Position Summary 
Annual Maintenance Contract for Security Services Manpower Deployment.
  - Security Supervisor - Day Shift: 1 (No. SIRA Licensed), Night Shift: 1 (No. SIRA Licensed)
- Security Guard - Day Shift: 5 (No. SIRA Licensed), Night Shift: 5 (No. SIRA Licensed)
- Total Staff - 12 (24/7 Coverage)
Deployment Coverage: Main Entrance, Lobby/Reception, Parking Levels, Service Corridors, Rooftop Access, and CCTV/Control Room.
 Working Hours: 12 hours per shift (8 AM - 8 PM / 8 PM - 8 AM), 7 days a week.
 Additional Equipment: Radio sets and standard duty accessories to be provided by the vendor.
 Scope of Work 
Access Control and Reception Duties
  - Greet and assist residents, guests, and contractors with professional courtesy.
- Manage visitor registration and access in line with HOAM policy.
- Retain visitor IDs securely under CCTV coverage (no passport collection).
- Verify work permits and escort authorized contractors only.
- Maintain updated emergency contact lists for police, DCD, MEP, and building management.
- Report complaints or incidents immediately to the HOAM representative.
- Monitor CCTV feeds for unusual activity and report any defects to HOAM.
Patrolling and Surveillance
  - Conduct routine patrols covering all floors, rooftop, podium, and basement levels.
- Inspect fire equipment, exits, signage, and emergency lighting for obstructions.
- Check lifts, service rooms, and restricted areas for safety and security compliance.
- Ensure CCTV domes and access doors are undamaged and functional.
- Record each patrol in the logbook with time and signature of the Supervisor.
- Identify and report any suspicious persons, activities, or objects.
Emergency and Incident Response
  - Respond immediately to fire alarms and security emergencies; follow DCD/HOAM procedures.
- Coordinate with Civil Defense and Police when required.
- Assist in evacuation, crowd control, and first aid as per training.
- File incident reports and support investigation documentation.
Reporting and Documentation
  - Maintain daily occurrence logs, visitor registers, and incident records.
- Submit monthly summary reports covering patrols, alarms, and incidents.
- Attend monthly performance review meetings with the HOAM Technical Department.
Performance and Compliance
  - All personnel must be SIRA-licensed, medically fit, and trained in fire and first aid.
- Uniforms, radios, and safety gear shall be supplied and maintained by the vendor.
- Any replacement staff must be pre approved by HOAM and hold valid SIRA certification.
- Vendor shall maintain full records of SIRA licenses, training, and insurance.
- Maintain polite, disciplined, and professional conduct at all times.
 Response Time and Service Levels 
 - Priority 1 - Emergency: Within 15 minutes. Threat to life or property (e.g., fire, flood, power failure).
- Priority 2 - Urgent: Within 2 hours. Safety hazard or critical incident requiring immediate attention.
- Priority 3 - Expedited: Within 8 hours. Non urgent incident needing prompt action.
- Priority 4 - Scheduled: Within 24 hours. Routine task or planned inspection.
 Health, Safety & Liability 
 - Comply with SIRA, DCD, and Dubai Municipality HSE standards.
- Provide PPE to all staff and maintain safety awareness at the workplace.
- The vendor shall bear full responsibility for injuries or damages arising during duty.
- Maintain cleanliness of posts and hand over duties properly at shift change.
