Job Summary:
Casado Aplicador LLC is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Application Support Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and support of our business applications. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between end users and technical teams, resolving issues efficiently while contributing to system improvements and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for business applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Assist in system updates, upgrades, and testing to ensure functionality and reliability
• Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and training materials
• Support end-user training sessions and onboarding for new systems or updates
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application usability and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in application support, IT support, or a similar role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, databases, and enterprise applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise systems
• Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying
• Understanding of ITIL principles or service management frameworks
• Experience working in a multicultural and collaborative environment

Pay: Up to QAR630,000.00 per year
