Position Overview:
PRIME Digital Ventures is seeking a proactive Appointment Setter to support our team by contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to manage follow-ups efficiently. This role plays a key part in building client relationships and ensuring a steady flow of sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and conduct timely follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree (mandatory)
  • 1–2 years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and dialer tools (preferred)

Job Details:

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
