Appointment Setter

looking for a motivated and confident Appointment Setting Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients using provided leads and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls using company-provided leads
• Engage prospects professionally and explain services
• Set and confirm appointments accurately
• Maintain call records and follow up when required
• Meet daily and monthly appointment targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
• Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone
• Basic computer and CRM handling skills
• Previous call center or appointment setting experience is a plus
• Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented

Salary Package:

• PKR 30,000 – 35,000 per month
