Job Title: Appointment Setter / Customer Support Officer

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Work Location: In-Person

Working Days & Shift Timings

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and professional Appointment Setter / Customer Support Officer to support our client’s business development efforts. This role focuses on engaging potential customers, qualifying their interest, and scheduling appointments for the sales team while maintaining a high standard of customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Identify customer needs and assess interest in the company’s products or services
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and ensure engagement
  • Support the sales team by ensuring a consistent flow of qualified appointments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach activities
  • Track daily activities and report performance against assigned targets
  • Continuously improve communication approaches to enhance results

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude with a presentable personality
  • Basic understanding of customer handling and sales support
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Comfortable working night shifts
