About Us

We are a custom web and software development company helping businesses build websites, apps, and tailored software solutions. To expand our client base, we’re hiring an experienced Appointment Setter who specializes in outbound calling. Your role will be to connect with prospects over the phone, nurture conversations, and consistently book qualified meetings for our sales team.

Your Role

  • Understand our services and unique value propositions.
  • Research and define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and build targeted lead lists.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns primarily through cold calls.
  • Write and follow structured call scripts while adapting to each conversation.
  • Engage decision-makers, handle objections, and secure qualified appointments for our closer (you won’t attend calls).
  • Suggest and test entry offers (e.g., free audits, strategy sessions) to improve call-to-meeting conversion rates.
  • Share new client acquisition ideas and strategies with management.
  • Consistently track call activity, responses, and booked meetings in CRM or spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to book meetings with decision-makers in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent spoken English and persuasive communication skills.
  • Strong objection-handling and rapport-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets to track outreach.
  • Strategic mindset — able to propose outreach angles and offers, not just follow scripts.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and organized — able to stay consistent despite low response rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
