Appointment Setter

Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-output Appointment Setter who can consistently engage inbound leads, follow up aggressively, and book qualified calls for our sales team.

This is not a passive role. You will be expected to drive conversations, handle objections, and push for booked appointments daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to inbound leads via calls, SMS, and WhatsApp
  • Make 2–3 call attempts per day per lead (non-negotiable)
  • Follow a structured 6-day follow-up cadence
  • Qualify leads based on basic criteria before booking
  • Handle initial objections and keep prospects engaged
  • Book calls directly into the calendar for closers
  • Maintain accurate updates inside the CRM

Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience in appointment setting / SDR role
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling
  • Strong spoken English and clear communication
  • Persistent and not afraid of follow-ups
  • Can handle rejection without slowing down
  • Organized and disciplined with CRM updates

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Calls made per day
  • Conversations started
  • Appointments booked
  • Show-up rate for booked calls
