Appointment Setter (Female)

As an Appointment Setter – Legal Matters, you will be responsible for reaching out to clients, confirming appointments, and ensuring that all schedules for our legal support team are well-organized. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience who have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to schedule legal consultations and meetings.
• Maintain and update the appointment calendar for the legal support team.
• Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on scheduled meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all legal documents and requirements are ready before appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and schedules.
• Ensure client confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 6–12 months of experience in customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and scheduling tools.
• Professional attitude and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with legal terms or procedures (training will be provided).
• Previous experience in client-facing or administrative roles.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
