Apps Coordinator - Saudi National

Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Apps Coordinator to support our online delivery operations across all boutiques. You will manage delivery application dashboards, update menus and product information, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and coordinate with boutique teams and delivery app partners to ensure smooth and accurate online operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update delivery application dashboards for all outlets
  • Ensure menus, photos, descriptions, and trading hours are accurate
  • Coordinate with Boutique Managers on promotions and campaigns
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports (declined, canceled, timed‑out orders, etc.)
  • Follow up with delivery app account managers on issues and new updates
  • Support outlets with system setup, troubleshooting, and readiness
  • Arrange monthly meetings with app operations teams and track action plans
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and online trends
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within required timelines

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, or online platform management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Detail‑oriented, reliable, and self‑motivated
  • Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
