Architect

Key Responsibilities:-

• Conceptualize and develop architectural designs based on client requirements.
• Create detailed drawings, plans, and models using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, budget, and vision for the project.
• Provide creative and practical solutions to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Prepare project timelines and schedules.
• Ensure designs align with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Coordinate with team members for material selection, structural details, and project feasibility.
• Develop physical or digital scale models to represent design concepts.
• Present architectural designs through renderings, sketches, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee on-site construction to ensure work aligns with design plans and standards.
• Address issues or modifications during the construction process.
• Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions in projects.
• Prepare and review technical documents, blueprints, and contracts.
• Assist with securing permits and approvals from regulatory bodies.
• Address technical challenges, design discrepancies, and client feedback effectively.
• Adapt to changes and provide practical solutions to ensure project success.
• Mentor junior architects and interns.
• Manage and delegate tasks within the architectural team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
