Architect

Creative HMC Interior Design is seeking an experienced Architect to join our team in Dubai. This role involves architectural and interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. Only candidates who are currently in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview in Dubai will be considered. Online or virtual interviews will not be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts
• Prepare concept, detailed, and construction drawings
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and related documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Handle authority submissions and approvals (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.)
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and samples
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
• Meet clients and present design proposals professionally
• Ensure quality standards and timely project delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience (Preferred)
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Must be available for an in-person interview in Dubai (no online interviews)
• Experience in BOQ preparation
• Strong knowledge of UAE/Dubai building codes and approvals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Valid UAE driving license
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Presentable and confident for client-facing meetings
• Experience in interior design and fit-out projects is highly preferred
