Architect

We require a professional Architect who is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures from the initial conceptual stage through to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with clients, contractors, and specialists to determine project requirements, needs, and vision.
• Preparing feasibility reports and developing design proposals that are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.
• Producing detailed drawings and blueprints (e.g., plans, elevations, sections) by hand or using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, compliance, other applicable laws and quality standards.
• Collaborating and coordinating with engineers (structural, MEP), contractors, and other construction professionals.
• Managing projects to ensure they stay within established budgets and timelines, with focus on soft costs, project milestones, and timely deliverables.
• Conducting regular site virtual visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the building phase.
• Preparing work contracts and other necessary documentation for permitting and construction.

Job Specification:

Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.

Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in architectural design along with projects portfolio in Pakistan and UAE markets.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.

Licensing/Certification: Professional certification/registration with the relevant national regulatory body is expected.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, project management, creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
