Job Summary:

The Area Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Area Managers and Operations in all areas of the business from administration duties to other operations deliverables.

Basic Job Duties:

1. Collate data and prepare reports for Area Managers in order to be ready for the MOCs, ARMs and ORMs.

2. Attend MOC, ARM and ORM meetings on a daily/weekly basis and complete minutes.

3. Follow up with actions from meetings and log them on eOPS Mail Action. Support managers and track closure.

4. Review on daily basis of the outstanding eOPS tasks (MMS (stock, audits, administration), SUPR, TMS, Covid Testing/Vaccination, and Support Plans) and follow up with the respective manager/property to ensure compliance.

5. Review twice a week the outstanding trainings, chase the training action plan submissions and support Area Managers to become compliant.

6. Review all events on a daily basis and ensure all raised events are logged on EMS. Also, chase and track closure.

7. Support managers with getting the data from eOPS to submit the F360 applications (Incident reports, BTC etc).

8. Review on weekly basis the open audits and the open non-conformities and track closure.

9. Support Area Managers in operations projects.

10. Follow up on outstanding timesheets on a weekly basis and chase for closure.

11. Follow up on outstanding rotas and chase managers to create/approve on RMS prior to the given deadline.

12. Persistently striving to drive improvements in the operations.

13. Follow up on weekly basis on the staff supervisions compliance

14. Support Area Managers by chasing the relevant departments in order to become or remain compliant with any other daily / weekly / monthly deliverables.

In addition to specific responsibilities, the Area Support Officer will also be responsible for ensuring:

15. The maintenance of confidentiality of all information unless otherwise permitted by management.

16. Full compliance with company’s vision, values, policies and procedures.

17. Compliance with legislation and GSCC Code of Conduct as reflected in company procedures.

18. Undergo training and professional development as directed by the Area Manager.

19. Work in a manner that promotes team work and a collegial environment.

20. Other duties that may be assigned by the Area Manager.
