About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Lahore region. The ideal candidate must have proven FMCG experience, a strong ability to manage and motivate sales teams, and a passion for achieving sales growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead, train, and motivate the area sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

· Plan and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve distribution goals.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.

· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

· Ensure smooth operations and timely reporting of sales performance.

Requirements:

· Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· 4–5 years of relevant FMCG sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
