About this opportunity:

We are excited to offer a key leadership role as an ARP Operations Manager within our operations team. In this position, you will take responsibility for efficiently managing both internal and external ARP resources, ensuring compliance with company financial policies, and maintaining accurate time and cost reporting. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for ARP-related supplier matters and manage the administrative workflows connected to workforce management systems. This position offers strong exposure to financial control, stakeholder management, and operational excellence—a great fit for someone who thrives in structured, results-driven environments.


What will you do:


  • Lead ana manage all ARP resources.
  • Manage external resources hiring and termination.
  • Manage time reporting and approvals (miscellaneous invoices, timesheets, expenses, etc.), with full adherence to related company policies.
  • Secure that all expenses are legitimate, justified and documented.
  • Follow existing guidance on approval of transactions and approval of exceptions/deviations.
  • Manage employee cost, external spend, and other costs.
  • Perform regular audits on TR (NNA, JS, Activity Type, etc.) to ensure correct and complete time reporting for all ARPs.
  • SPOC with suppliers for all ARP matters.
  • Run administrative tasks on work force management system related to work orders, extensions, Invoices and expenses.

What will you bring:


  • Education: bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication or any equivalent engineering degree.
  • Min years of experience: 5 Years.
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
  • Persuading and influencing with argumentation skills.
  • Analysing.
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.
  • Relating and networking.
  • Leading and supervising, have coaching skills.
  • Market insight, business understanding and Ericsson knowledge.
  • Financial skills.
