Position Summary

Sciami Pavs LLC is seeking a creative and organized Arts Program Coordinator to design, implement, and oversee arts-based programs and cultural initiatives. The role supports community engagement, educational workshops, exhibitions, and collaborative art projects that align with the company’s mission of promoting artistic development and cultural enrichment in Al Rayyan.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute arts programs, workshops, and cultural events.
• Collaborate with artists, instructors, vendors, and community partners.
• Develop program schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Oversee logistics for exhibitions, installations, and public art initiatives.
• Promote arts programs through outreach, social media, and partnerships.
• Monitor program attendance, participation, and overall effectiveness.
• Maintain records, reports, and evaluations of all programs.
• Ensure all activities align with organizational goals and cultural standards.
• Support grant applications and sponsorship proposals when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Fine Arts, Cultural Studies, Education, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in arts programming, event coordination, or cultural project management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with local and regional art communities is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital promotion tools.
