Job Summary:

Assistant Accountant will support the accounting department by managing daily financial tasks, maintaining records, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
  • Help with tax documentation and compliance
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation
  • Enter financial data into accounting software
  • Monitor expenses and report discrepancies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
