Assistant Accountant

Note: This is NOT a bookkeeping/VAT role. If you do not have experience in preparing statutory accounts for UK corporations, please do not apply.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ACCA Part Qualified/Affiliate/Member who has existing experience of working for a UK-based accountancy firm to join our team.

You will be working in the Lahore office located in Gulberg, for a UK based accountancy firm and will be responsible for preparing statutory accounts & corporation tax returns for companies based in the UK.

• Should have a minimum of two years of statutory accounts experience of UK-based clients.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK Corporation Tax laws along with major accounts production softwares such as Digita (or any major accounts production software)
• Good English communication, written and verbal, and a quick learner
  
  

You will typically work 02:00PM to 10:00PM Monday to Friday. You may need to work longer hours and at the weekend at peak times, such as meeting client deadlines, at month-end or at the end of the financial year.
