We are seeking a skilled Assistant Finance Manager to join our Account Management team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance and operational efficiency of assigned client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, data analysis, and client relationship management, Communication with vendors and accelerating issues as necessary. Ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Management:
Develop and manage account-specific budgets and financial forecasts
Monitor and analyze account profitability, revenue, and expenses
Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
Invoice Payments & Billings
Manage Vendor Payments, coordinating the process with Facility Managers.
Manage Client Billing,
Accurate and timely financial information is provided to all stakeholders.
Invoice Reconciliation & consolidation for client & corporate purposes.
General Ledger Management, Policies & Procedures & Audit
Management of Month End process
P&L review and tracking of balance sheet items
Accounts Receivables reconciliation
Accounts Payable reconciliation
Unbilled reconciliation.
Client Reporting/Forecasting/Planning
Annual Budget preparation, Monthly reconciliation of spend, Control variation of +/- 10% in
Q1 and achieve +/- 2% by end Q4
Meeting all relevant assurance activities. Engage with stakeholders to resolve the query raised during audit checks.
Establish & monitor controls to mitigate non-compliant findings in finance process.
Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to all stakeholders.
Invoice Reconciliation & consolidation for Client & Corporate purposes.
Maintain finance trackers which are a feedback loop to ensure we are raising all savings & change orders as necessary and our spend is within budgetary limits.
Preparing Tracker & providing all necessary comments for variance
Client Relationship Management:
Act as a financial advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations
Present financial and performance reports to clients
Address client concerns and queries related to financial matters
Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Develop and maintain financial models and tools for account management
Stay updated on industry best practices and implement relevant innovations
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with account manager, operations teams, and other departments
Provide financial guidance and support to the account team
Participate in account strategy development and execution
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
8-10 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an account management setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The selected resource would be responsible for creating presentations. He/she would be required to understand the business back ground, objectives and grab the complete understanding of clients brand guidelines and ensure that are in line with them.
