Assistant HR Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant HR to join our growing software house. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, assist in employee lifecycle management, and ensure smooth coordination between teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Manage attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Provide day-to-day support to HR Manager in administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6 months – 1.5 years of HR experience.
  • Familiarity with HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, payroll basics).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
