Assistant Human Resources Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Handle employee lifecycle processes, including contract renewals and exit interviews.
  • Address employee queries and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented.

Recruitment & Talent Optimization

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to optimize role requirements and improve hiring efficiency.

Office Operations & Administration

  • Support daily office operations, including vendor coordination and basic procurement tasks.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and resources.

Employee Engagement & Activities

  • Plan and organize team-building activities to enhance organizational cohesion.
  • Assist in initiatives to improve retention and overall employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ HR experience , with hands-on recruitment exposure.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Good communication skills in English; Urdu proficiency is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and employment practices in Pakistan is preferred.

3.Willing to travel occasionally between Karachi, Islamabad, and Lahore.
