Business Development & Sales:
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities for exhibitions and events
- Sell exhibition space, sponsorship packages, branding opportunities, and related services
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and sales targets
- Develop customized proposals, rate cards, and commercial agreements for clients
- Negotiate terms and close deals with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential exhibitors
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts before, during, and after exhibitions
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat participation in future events
- Handle client queries, objections, and post-event follow-ups professionally
Coordination & Execution:
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams for smooth exhibition execution
- Ensure accurate coordination regarding floor plans, booth allocations, and exhibitor requirements
- Support marketing campaigns to attract exhibitors and sponsors
- Assist during on-ground exhibition execution to manage client needs.
