Assistant Manager Compensation/Benefit & HR operations -(PHR/1016/4)

Job Description :

Purpose of the Role:

The Manager Compensation & Benefits is responsible for managing compensation frameworks, benefits structures, and HR operational processes to ensure alignment with organizational strategy. The role ensures competitive and compliant compensation practices, oversees payroll and benefits administration, streamlines HR operations, and provides data-driven insights to support decision-making. By balancing fairness, compliance, and efficiency, the position plays a key role in driving employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities (Functional Competencies):

  • Database Management

Add new employees to ERP, assign employee codes, emails, and manage implementation updates.

  • Maintain accurate and updated filing systems.
  • Ensure updates to master HR data and personnel records.
  • Employee Confirmation
  • Manage probation evaluation processes and issuance of confirmation letters.
  • Coordinate with departments for timely evaluation reminders
  • Maintain health insurance data updates as required.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate and execute payroll processing.
  • Manage leaves, attendance, monthly roster, MEP score in ERP.
  • Prepare and send promotion letters, GEMS letters, PT/SGX commission files.
  • Handle loans, insurance, and KPI bonuses as needed.
  • Ensure timely reporting to finance as needed.
  • Off-boarding Employees

Manage and conduct exit interviews and full & final settlements.

  • Ensure checklist completion and clearances.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee grievances and conflicts

  • Coordinate disciplinary procedures and take necessary actions including warning and terminations.

5. HR Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain monthly attrition reports.
  • Participate in internal HR meetings for planning and analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant experience within the fitness industry, with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the COO’s daily operations, priorities, and follow-ups.
  • Strong capability in relationship building and management, with proven success in networking and sales.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
